I haven’t consistently worked out for a WHILE. But today is day 7. First day I woke up & worked out at 5a.. it’s normal for me to be nauseas rn ? 🥴 is this my body adjusting? I drank preworkout but I mean that was 2 hours ago.. & I just ate a granola bar somebody help 😂
