@brent_bellamy I agree safety is paramount, but riding on the sidewalk isn’t the only option. In this case rather than taking Academy, take Grosvenor with a bike lane or Kingsway with minimal traffic. Both get you to the same place, safely and within the rules.

@cityofwinnipeg The city provided the approval to close the streets that they didn’t have to do and should have insured that all businesses were accessible during the closures.

@cityofwinnipeg your closing of streets this morning has created chaos downtown. You have closed all roads to my office and parking lot except a one way street going the wrong way. YOU MUST DO BETTER! Or stop staging festivals on week days.
