@AITA_TINA_FOMO @TripleNetInvest Short term fix with long term problems! We have been carrying vacancies waiting for good tenants. Now it takes forever to work through eviction court and cities have enacted laws requiring us to accept city/state grants to prevent eviction

@BowTiedBroke What type of glue boards do you recommend? We have an active yellow jacket infestation at our office building and an apartment building. Regular wasp spray doesnt last beyond the first initial spray.

@nardotrealtor The real story is over stimulating demand through QE. The Fed now owns 1/3 of all mortgage debt. They owned none in 2009. We deferred corrections appropriate in 2010 to future generations to deal w/. When QT begins, we will see inventory come. @HUDgov knows what they should do.

@nardotrealtor I’m so old, I remember when NAR revised the 2007 - 2011 sales numbers in 2011, after the Fed bought $1.2T in MBS, rescuing passive investment demand that underpins mortgage origination: businessinsider.com/existing-home-… Could it be the “low supply” argument, w/ 15M vacant, is a ruse?
