But now, they have started asking me if they can use tobacco or smoke tobacco once in a while. I have pictures for show and tell for that also. Tobacco, alcohol and diabetes are killer combinations that promote a horrifying type of cancer in the liver - called cholangiocarcinoma or cancer of the bile duct. It is insanely difficult to treat, mostly presents late, many die on palliation and it is painful for the family to watch patient's fight this monster of monsters. Stop using tobacco products. It is not just the lungs that are affected. It causes dreadful cancers of the liver and bile ducts (and many other organs) that even the best doctors wont be able to handle.
