Hanuman Chalisa is a 40 verse shloka in Awadhi. That anyone can chant. It’s not a ‘sadhana’. It demands no special membership or restrictions or rules. There are other practices and sadhanas and upasanas with strict rules. Hanuman Chalisa isn’t one of them. Even chanting it once everyday will bring all the benefits and grace and protection of Hanuman. Stop raising walls to separate our Gods from the people with ridiculous rules. Just chant. Jai Shri Ram. Jai Hanuman. 🙏
