After months of building DialDynamics, it’s finally live. It’s been amazing using it to practice conversations, refine messaging, and get better at handling objections. Excited to see how others use it. dialdynamics.ca
Keeping the pipeline full has been tough this quarter, need to get out there and make more calls and follow up more.
Figuring out if I should stick to cold calling or if there's some use in more personal forms of prospecting (eg. letters and doorknocking). What are your thoughts?

Building a sales CRM is hard. Every business has different workflows, and it's hard to scale custom solutions across industries. One company that’s getting close, though is @attio. Been very impressed by their chrome extension and the ability to create custom objects.
We have not given up on cold calling, starting to build up a lead list. If you don't know about Snov.io, it's been really helpful in terms of adding new leads with their chrome extension.

Cold calling Week 2: “Do you need a new CRM?” Not an opener, that’s a fast hang-up. Switched to: I’m working with [group] hitting [specific problem] right now, want to learn more about how we deal with it?
Cold calling Week 1: got told “we don’t take calls,” but apparently pulling up in person is fine. Sales is a different sport.
