i have been in a very bad spot recently, binging every day, feeling very depressed, almost not able to get out of bed or do anything so i decided to just log off for a while and see if that helps me with my mental health
this is a hige thing for me and a big step but i am finally able to exercise again and im starting my yoga classes tmr 💆♀️
my mental health has been so bad lately and i tried everything to make myself feel better but it just keeps getting worse and idk how to go on
very not proud to say this but i relapsed from purging today and i feel like shit
i burnt my hand while making broccoli soup today 🤕
i’ve had such intense relapse thoughts lately and im just scared i will act upon them

me and my mom went to the christmas market tonight and then had dinner in our restaurant and drank so much yummy non alcoholic punch and it was so nice even though i froze my ass off
