@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am having Wifi issue since last 9 days. Ticket is created and agent is assigned. Now Agent is not picking calls since start today ticket got closed without resolution.

@airtelindia Why you hire support people who don't even pick the customer call. I raised ticket on 14th April, Airtel app is giving me Engineer number. I am calling that guy since last 3 days, he is not picking the call. First day he said he will come, after that not picking call
