Today I join others from across our game and call for Gianni Infantino to resign as FIFA President. Infantino has debased the office that he promised to elevate. He has lied, deceived and tried to feather his own nest at the expense of the game he is supposed to serve. He has lost the support of his senior staff, his closest advisers, the vast majority of people who devote their lives to this sport and even, it would seem, the FIFA Peace Prize winner. @Alexaxfcb No sé qué os esperábais. Me extrañó este fichaje desde el principio, pero bueno. Es rapidísimo, gran dinámica, trabajo y presión. Pero, para jugar en @LaLiga, tiene muchísimas carencias técnicas y en inteligencia futbolística. Eso sí, costó poco y aún tiene tiempo para mejorar.

This is what football/soccer was like just 6 years ago: - 3 substitutions - Continuous 45-minute half with stoppage time - Referees actually made decisions and we lived with them - No Conference League - The World Cup was 32 teams - No risk of private equity buying stakes in the World Cup Innovation disguised as progress is often just a synonym for “this will make us more money.” Sometimes tradition is good. The game was the most popular in the world BEFORE all this garbage.

Infantino could've gotten away with all the shit he did in this WC. From turning two halves game to four quarters, pricing BS, sucking up to Trump to point of screwing over Belgium but he is such a greedy massive snake he couldn't stop there and finally pushed it too far.
