@ShelleyBreedlo1 1 hour, 1day, 1year.....what ever it might be? Just remind yourself who that person is that gets back up after being taken clean off her feet and after the mind has taken shut down. Never slate yourself in any way. Plenty of people out there that would of given up a long time ago

@MyEpilepsyTeam #epilepsy is a #mentally draining condition. Often self confidence takes a back seat in life! Annoyance with restrictions is a regularity for many! #Depression and #anxiety takes control! Anyone with Epilepsy is no different to him next door! Always be willing to talk!
