@nextofficial Sorted by call centre. DHL blamed Next but it was DHL’s screw up, thinking Shrewsbury is Tier 3 and in Wales. Next were swift to resolve :)

@nextofficial Why is Shrewsbury in the same category as Wales for deliveries? We are tier 1 yet cannot have the full delivery service for furniture, but Telford can. Shropshire is not in Wales!!

@North_Warks_BC please explain why staff are furloughed & local searches are not happening.Our move & numerous others are at risk as the searches are delayed. NWBC are refusing to speak to anyone to escalate.We’re about to lose the house we’re buying as we can’t get searches done

@nurseswift That's terrible, I imagine you really need a break too and it will be hard to find a new place this late on. We've been told it will be rebooked for us and we'll be contacted in the next few days, but I'll believe it when I see it as someone else has already booked it

@nurseswift We've been on hold for 2 hrs 22 minutes so far, have just had a DM to say that it has been cancelled as the auto payment didn't go through and is no longer available

@_r1ch4rd @cottagescom We're in the same position. It seems that they have cancelled bookings and resold (at a higher price?). Have been on hold for 2 hrs 10 minutes and they're ignoring my DMs

@cottagescom I’m trying to pay balance for holiday in 3 weeks time (was due yesterday, but hasn’t come out of our account). When I put the booking ref. in it says I need to call. When I call it says to pay online as you’re not taking calls. Any suggestions,don’t want to lose hol.

@googlenesthelp Tried on Windows 10 (both on chrome and edge) and still not working - says either pwd wrong or need to sign on with google. When I sign on in google none of my devices show, but my address is correct

@googlenesthelp I have a nest thermostat and camera and have migrated to my google a/c but now can’t access it through my gmail credentials. If I use the nest login it says I’ve migrated and to use the google login. Tried a password reset and that hasn’t come through either.

@googlenesthelp Hi, it’s all working again now on the iOS devices. Haven’t tried the pc as I don’t use it often but sounds like it’s back to normal. Thanks for the help :)

@googlenesthelp I have email saying they’re linked, but iPhone app is still working on the nest account. When I connect them on the iPad it has me logged in on my gmail account but no devices shown. PC keeps going in circles - asks me to log on to google then goes back to nest logon, but won’t.
