"I just had a phone call from my friend's phone, but it wasn’t my friend on the line. Instead, it was a man named Mark Woolfe from Smiling Times. He explained that he had found the phone, along with some other belongings, on a bench and was trying to trace the owner... I told him to take the phone home with him, and I would arrange for my friend to collect it from there. Mark’s response stopped me in my tracks: “This is my home, I sleep here at the bus stop.” Despite being homeless, Mark went out of his way to return the phone.
