@SinemiaSupport It's been two weeks .. and support stopped replying back to my DMs. I can't user the app as it errors our or charges me a service fee but does not issue a movie ticket. At least I have my issues documented to I can do a chargeback.

@MoviePass I've been getting a message .. there is no more screenings at this ... for my local theater Mary Pickford in Cathedral City CA. This has been an issue for 4 days. I can't see any movies so I can't check in or get tickets.

@MoviePass_CS Can't seem to reach support. The first ticket was Dec 15th. I now have four tickets logged in zend and a few in the iSO app. It's about billing and the annual option mixed with the Costco promo. How do I contact support so I can get help?
