Never ever depend on Crossroads roadside assistance if you are a member. If you are a car-owner and are thinking of becoming a member, it will be an exercise in futility. This is a worthless helpline.

@CrossroadRsa,I am Dr. Ashok Sachdeva, 9810670429. I have sent 5 mails, numerous calls,no reply. One bloody fool who came to collect cheque(8368261172) has blocked my no. Worst Customercare in the world. May God drown your company and I wish this company the worst.

Crossroads Customercare is the most third class and worst Customercare in the world. I have written 5 mails, no reply. Impossible to speak to anyone on phone. Executive who came to collect cheque does not answer, the bloody fool has blocked my number. I wish crossroads the worst

@StanleyBlkDeckr , I purchased an oil filled radiator on 24 th Nov2019 from Gulati Electrics, Kalkaji,New Delhi. Yesterday, after only 40 days of purchase, it has stopped working. I made a complaint, wrote a mail, whatsapped a complaint, but not attended to till now.Worst service

@urbanclap, got my AC serviced from urbanclap. AC was working fine before service, stopped working after सड़कछाप technicians from urbanclap touched it. 100 + calls to mechanics went unanswered. Regret having serviced from urbanclap.

I have written full story in this tweet. I put the same query to your help section. I got a shocking reply::if you choose paytm as option of payment, you surrender your right to ask question from uber. And closed my query as resolved. This reply doesnot even address my query. s.

I rebooked the ride and after waiting for 1/2 hour like a bloody fool,the driver reached. I was told that the fair would be Rs160.99, but on reaching my destination, Rs. 265.99 were deducted. I regret taking a ride on Uber. Ola has never behaved so shabbily with me.

@UberINSupport ,I booke a ride at 6.12 pm, after assuring me innumerable times that driver is reaching within a few minutes, I received a message that my ride has been cancelled and I was charged Rs 42 from my paytm account.
