im currently working on a rpg game that has a npc with 5832 different behavioral combos, from combative behaviors, and lifelike social behaviors also. examples include that in combat if their dominating you they can drop voicelines (premade ofc but alot of them) to show that their in control, even taunt you if you get close to beating them and die. if they get low hp may fake deaths or run away and try to ambush you. they can replicate player behavior, if u bump into them respond and try to start of a fight, they have different levels of aggression and also have a chance to cool off their anger and more. the said npcs may also just decide to spare u, or walk past you even if their part of a antagonistic faction. they can take your heals if you try to heal in combat (inspired off black myth) if their more powerful than you. some may try to negotiate for their lives even give you items or sell you items for lower prices if you beat them up. i want to see if you can improve on the system and make it even more intricate.
