Yes there is, Tim. It is called the U.S. Constitution. That is exactly what prevents the government from stifling dissent by labeling something “hate speech” or “misinformation.” Yes, I understand, some forms of speech are repugnant, such as expressions of racial bigotry. Problem is, the category of hate speech expands to include everything the censors “hate.” As for misinformation, who decides what is true and what is false? The government? In authoritarian countries, yes, the government. That is why freedom of speech lies at the very heart of democracy.

I am an old-school environmentalist -- a lover and protector of nature. The Democrats obsess about counting CO2, while neglecting urgent issues such as the chemicals in our food, soil, and water. Ironically, many carbon-motivated environmental policies actually harm the environment. Offshore wind damages marine animals, especially whales. Mining for lithium, coltran, silver, copper, rare earths etc. to make batteries is laying waste to vast ecosystems. I have found to my surprise that many people on the Trump team, including President Trump himself, care about the same environmental issues I do. Furthermore, these issues can help to unify our nation -- because almost everyone wants clean air, water, food, and soil. Almost everyone values thriving ecosystems and wildlife. Environment was a unifying issue in the 1960s, supported by Democrats and Republicans alike. I am committed to reviving that consensus in the next Trump administration.

Feels like this was the party’s plan all along. Which is why they didn’t allow any debates or a real primary and why they had to make sure they forced RFK out of the primary because he would be next in line for the nomination in this situation. doing it this way only loyal establishment Party delegates would be selected for the convention so when the party finally forced Biden out they would have only establishment loyal delegates to choose the new nominee assuring an establishment nominee. So the Democrats rigged another primary, which makes that three in a row, from the party who says that democracy is on the ballot! Lol! once again, the Democratic party doesn’t have elections, They have a selection for the presidential nominee and you’re just gonna have to take it.

@markpoloncarz @CDCgov This is absurd. According to @ECDOH Aug 2021-Feb 2022 Covid deaths in Erie County were up 40-50% in every age category <70yrs vs same period a year ago. Not to mention all cause mortality. Per @ECDOH, Erie Cointy vax rates are 80-90% in all these adult age categories!

It's a huge red flag- you can't unilaterally reduce demand by 30+% in league's smallest market and think it'll be ok. I'd like to say sanity will prevail, not anytime soon

@markpoloncarz @ECDOH Why is the overall % of deaths that are vaccinated no longer published? Last I saw this was in Oct and >50% of deaths were fully vax and trending up. Now we get this weird subset of data for under 60 only even though that accounts for less than 15% of deaths in the period

There are reasons I suspect but how are these stats being published w/o these questions being asked?

@markpoloncarz @ECDOH To highlight how impossible this is, to foot the numbers from the above Oct 7 update vs Sep 16, 22 vac died and 19 un/partial vac. If 2 currently in ICU are vac, and 25 unvac, unless if these proportions changed dramatically, vac ICU is dying at 14x the rate of un/partial vac?

@markpoloncarz Why are we reverting back to April again? Last week's update gave much better detail. Anyways, this is the current trend I see for deaths based on ECDOH updates- it appears 54% deaths are fully vax since Sept 3. Why do we still not see partially vax metrics?
