PATIENTS ASK ME THIS ALL THE TIME: If you had to choose, would you use fenbendazole, ivermectin or both? Here's why that question keeps coming up. 🔬 In laboratory studies, ivermectin has shown activity against breast, lung, colon, liver and ovarian cancer cells—through different mechanisms depending on the cancer type. "But here's the interesting part" Fenbendazole and ivermectin are thought to target different aspects of cancer biology. 📌 Fenbendazole as targeting the cell's structural framework and sugar metabolism. 📌 Ivermectin as targeting growth signaling pathways and the immune system. The idea is that using both addresses more of cancer's defenses than either one alone. Some breast cancer case reports suggested better outcomes with the combination. At the same time, a 2026 review noted that while two-drug combinations may have additive effects, three-drug combinations have not been well studied. So there's a scientific rationale for considering the combination. Together, we prevail over cancer.
