@duoarc Horrible things happen to flying passengers at Airports these days; missing or delayed baggages, flight delays, flight reversals, missed flights due to long walking distance between gates, flight cancellation, longer time at various security checks. @airfrance get ✈️✈️ right.

But for at least 1.5hrs, the mobile app kept showing the flight as scheduled 🙃. There was no other flight to CDG or airplane on ground, why is the ABV-CDG flight still scheduled🤦🏿‍♂️ 🤷🏾‍♂️ #airfrance

On my return flight from ABV-MAN, the flight was cancelled for technical reasons. But on the airfrance app, it still showed as 'scheduled' 🤦🏿‍♂️. There was quite a number of people who had not arrived at the airport that could have benefited from getting an early info #airfrance

Please fix or ensure the mobile app, and emails are sent on time, once there is a change or cancellation. For example, the flight to ABV on the 24-oct-2023, did returned to CDG, as we was told, this led to the cancellation of ABV-CDG flight. #airfrance

We spent 1+ hours running around the terminal, frantically looking for help but no luck. We eventually got to the customer service desk, about 20-30 people queuing for 3 agents to respond to. We waited for 3 hours with no info as to what is going on #airfrance

The customer service model needs and overwhelming revamping and it needs to be done from the top. For example, the contact number shown on the hotel voucher at ABV is not reachable, so when the taxi dropped us off at the wrong hotel, we was stranded with no one to call #airfrance

Overall, your customer service model is extremely bad, Vincennes in CDG, and most of the staffers in the ABV airport, who were really helpful and understanding of how the customers felt. #airfrance

It was at this point a staffer, Vincienne Henderson, got all the passengers heading to ABV (about 13+) to another desk and calmly explained that another flight will be rebooked for us and accomodation will also be sorted. I got my voucher at 16:03pm. She is a star! #airfrance

About 5 of us dashed through CDG only to get to the gate at 12:55pm (gate closed at 12:50pm), with no one, not one soul, was at the gate. With the entire mixup, it would be expected that at least some staff would have been at the gate to guide stranded passengers #airfrance
