@CapitalOne U lost a customer for life today. Asked for 1 month of interest relief on my cc, something you offered a friend. I was denied that help. He wins, I lose. Your short term interests will cost a long term customer. This is where loyalty counts, and you failed that test.
@UberEats really disappointed. Ordered food, driver never delivered and I was charged. No effort to return the food or refund me when I called your customer service. You just lost a customer.
