Day 25 to 1k/day Haven’t done much work in like 2 days bc of exam week and been trenching it out lmao. I mostly just been doomscrolling on insta to find good ads/natives and on facebook ad library trying to understand what makes a good ad. Going to start running ads again before the week ends for sure, $100 days coming back in a few days.
Day 24 to 1k/day Didn’t run any ads today. In the process of trying to create better ads by reading and understand more top performing natives. At the end of the day if I want better results I have to obsess over the process which is running more HIGH QUALITY ads. I have a LOT to study so will do my best here to have some good creatives running. Will be a slow week though as I juggle all of this during exam week…

Day 23 to 1k/day Been a tuff week, have exams coming up, trying to make natives whenever I can and they’ve been flopping. Im thinking of going back to the drawing board to see what works, maybe switch up my avatar. My winner has slowly died and the buying intent just isn’t there anymore. Should I maybe increase my budget too? I feel like I’m barely spending but it’s just been unprofitable so I also don’t want to burn through money.
Day 22 to 1k/day Not the worst day, red day and low CVR but at least the new natives outperformed my swiped winner. I don’t like having to rely on a swiped creative, I think it’s starting to fatigue too. Gonna put all my budget on the natives tomorrow, if it cooks then I’ll start creating more variations and hopefully scale. Im also praying that my CPM lowers too because this is insane…
@klzsol Yeah my first product was beauty and the cpm was crazy, im targeting usa rn so probably explains the high cpm
Day 21 to 1k/day First bad day in awhile.. Unfortunately the natives didn’t preform well but at least I have a new batch for tomorrow. 5 new natives lets see how this goes. Also how often do y’all recommend that I should create and run new creatives?? Every single day? Or once I gather data on the current ones running?

Day 20 to 1k/day Breakeven day natives did NOT cook… It’s alright tho, at least they got spend now. Going to run them for another day to let them optimize. My swiped winning video is still cooking and holding this store up but my natives WILL SOON COOK no matter what. If they flop again tomorrow, I’m going to reiterate until something hits. I will literally try EVERYTHING if I have to just to get this store up from the trenches.
Scrolling on social media for creatives sometimes is the method for getting inspiration UNTIL I come across ads like these… THIS ONE for sure caught my eye. Making donations straight to Zucks bank account. What ya’ll think the CVR is on this one?😭

Day 19 to 1k/day Rip my Roas.. Natives didn’t get any spend again as expected. Now I did upload a new batch of natives to run tomorrow BUT I’m gonna do something different this time. Since my winner has been hogging ALL THE BUDGET, I found out I can do a maximum spend limit on that video. Or even a minimum spend limit on my natives adset so they can start performing too. Product has been being held up by one single video, its time budget starts diversifying here.

Day 18 to 1k/day Reaching consistent profitable days, around 30% margins today. Morning started really bad with high CPC but it picked up later around the day. Im learning that letting it spend without touching the campaign sometimes is the best fix. Gonna start scaling slowly again ONLY IF Roas stays at 2+ tomorrow. NOW my question is… WHY AREN’T MY NATIVES SPENDING??? I know they’re proven to get sales and I even added them in a separate adset so whats the issue? Im trying to get volume out here so what should I do? Do I just keep making more natives and adsets to see if they start spending??
