I don't have a clear answer yet, and I think this is actually one of the core research questions. My current intuition is that the evidence operators should not be predefined feature extractors. Instead, they should emerge from constraints imposed by the latent transition object itself. In other words, the representation should determine what information from each stream is relevant for updating the transition dynamics, rather than forcing every stream into a common feature space from the beginning. At this stage, I see the parameterization of these operators as an open problem rather than a solved component of the framework. It is also possible that the operators cannot be meaningfully parameterized until the formal primitives of the transition object itself are defined.

I don't think the primitive is a static feature vector. My current intuition is that the primitive is an adaptive transition object describing the micro-dynamics between states rather than the states themselves. The trajectory, including variable velocity, acceleration, reversals, and local fluctuations, may carry information that is lost when reduced to discrete feature vectors.
