The most advanced AI systems are starting to become restricted. Anthropic has announced that global access to Fable 5 will be restored tomorrow, but likely in a limited form, with coding and debugging tasks being routed to Opus 4.8. OpenAI also announced last week that it was delaying the release of GPT-5.6 at the request of the U.S. government. Access is no longer just about paying for a tool. It is increasingly about being part of a small group of approved clients, partners, or organizations. This changes the rules of the game. We are entering an era of pre-approval checks, country-based and user-based restrictions, and growing uncertainty for companies building on top of these models. Fortunately, open alternatives continue to evolve. They may not yet match the most advanced closed systems, but they are becoming extremely powerful, closing the gap fast, and can already be deployed on private infrastructure. The real question is: for how long will open, private, and sovereign AI alternatives continue to exist? Access to certain AI models may end up looking more and more like access to financial services: official ID verification, selfies, full activity traceability, and little to no confidentiality or privacy.

Historic! A new HTTP method is becoming part of the standard. It’s called QUERY, and it’s an alternative to GET and POST. Like GET, it doesn’t modify the state of the resource. Like POST, it allows you to send a request body. You can pass a JSON payload and still cache the response. It has just been promoted to Proposed Standard.

Creator coins almost always end the same way: at zero. Right now everyone is chasing the $ANSEM meta, looking for the next beta play while CT is quiet. TJR, James Wynn, Sahil, Luke Belmar… they’ll probably fade first. The only thing keeping $ANSEM alive is attention. And attention is the fastest-depreciating asset in crypto. Especially in a bear market. I don’t see this meta lasting another week.

Building a Saas used to take months. Now 92% of developers use Al coding tools daily, and someone who cannot write a line of code can ship a product over a weekend. Lovable hit $100M in revenue faster than almost any software company in history, mostly from non-technical founders. Al has made it easier than ever to build. The number of people who can ship a product went up overnight. The number who can get someone to pay for it did not move. For years the hard part was getting the thing built. Now the thing gets built on a Saturday, and the founder is left staring at the part they skipped: getting in front of the right people and turning them into customers. There is no prompt for distribution. A model will write your entire backend in twenty minutes. Figuring out who your customer is and what makes them trust you is a different kind of work entirely. That is what actually decides whether you have a business. The speed of building stopped being an advantage the moment everyone got it.

RAG is dead in 2026 ☠️☠️☠️ Google launched OKF (Open knowledge format) RAG doesn't search through 100 PDFs every time. It indexes documents once into a vector database and retrieves only the most relevant chunks for each query. The challenge with RAG is that it retrieves chunks, not knowledge. If information about "Revenue" is spread across 10 different PDFs, RAG has to find the right chunks and hope it retrieves all the important context. It can miss relationships between concepts, return duplicate or incomplete information, or retrieve outdated content if the knowledge is scattered. That's where OKF helps. The NYT, Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance, and Forbes all aligned on June 25: the IPO is now leaning toward 2027, not the Q3/Q4 2026 window that had been discussed until now. The deterrent has a name and a ticker: SpaceX SPCX. After debuting with the loudest IPO of the year, it is now trading at $153, far from the $202 it touched last week. It is not a crash, but it is enough for a CEO asking for $1T to look at the secondary market and recalculate. The difference between 2026 and 2027 is not about the calendar. It is about the market window. The collateral damage is already showing up in balance sheets. Oracle, a key OpenAI partner in AI cloud, dropped sharply after the NYT report. Barron’s framed it clearly: fear around the IPO is hitting the entire ecosystem exposed to OpenAI. And Anthropic — the other frontier AI player, also eyeing a potential 2026 exit — has just seen the window it shared with OpenAI start closing first. Altman’s $1T demand is no longer just a price ambition. It is a delay tactic. And everyone who built their plans around the 2026 window just watched the calendar change without being consulted.

I think our definition of the word “crypto” is becoming outdated 😅 Lately, I’ve heard many people describe crypto as if we were entering another winter. Whether that’s true or not, I wonder if we’re still talking about the same thing when we use the word “crypto” 🧐 Because honestly, I don’t feel that at all. What I see right now is massive development across the entire industry 💪 For a long time, crypto was mainly represented by crypto-native assets, projects, communities, and ecosystems. But today, that definition is no longer enough 👽 Especially since last year, traditional finance and crypto have started converging at a much faster pace. Tokenization, stablecoins, and on-chain infrastructure are becoming part of mainstream financial services. At the same time, traditional finance companies and crypto-native companies are increasingly building the future together. We’re seeing platforms like Robinhood, Kraken, Binance, Bitget, Coinbase, Wealthsimple, Revolut, Interactive Brokers, and many others integrating products and services regardless of where they originally came from 🚀 And of course, we at $VIAINTI 😍 are building in that same direction. Maybe the word “crypto” is no longer the best way to describe what is happening. OpenAI just dropped GPT-5.6 Sol. And I still don't think it touches Anthropic's Claude Fable 5. Tested Fable 5 against Opus 4.8, Gemini 3.1 Pro,  and GPT-5.5 on visual tasks. 3D fluid dynamics. Volumetric animation.  Complex physics simulations. The gap isn't close. It's embarrassing. Be careful with the next wave of fake hype. A bunch of washed KOLs are about to launch their own coins just to feel relevant again. They’ll sell you the story that “the community launched it,” but everyone knows they pushed it from behind because nobody cares about their calls anymore. Most of these tokens won’t build anything. They’ll just use your liquidity as their exit. Even Ansem’s coin could end badly, but at least there’s real attention, real narrative, and real movement there. The copycats will only copy the theater without having the audience. We saw this already with celebrity coins in 2024: big names, cheap hype, late buyers, destroyed wallets. Don’t confuse noise with opportunity. If you weren’t early, you’re probably the exit liquidity.
