@WMerciaPolice @JohnPaulCampion So theft is unpunishable if the thief is wearing a mask & reporting serious fraud doesn't even warrant the courtesy of a return phone call. Please list the other crimes West Mercia don't punish so I know how best to deal with the criminals myself?

@WMerciaPolice Assume you mean the person who was dealing with my report can’t be bothered. Just like when thieves steal 100k worth of motorhomes, everyone knows who it is but no action. Yet I see a riot van, a squad car and a pcso after a 16 year old girl today. Pathetic.

#worldpay_global now Worldpay refund a £2000 transaction, 6 weeks after it took place without alerting me or the customer. Only spotted it by chance. They refuse to tell me why but are keeping the £33 transaction fee. When I’m forced to put the transaction through again they take

@Worldpay_Global @benmckenna No point. Paul strzoda & one of his colleagues took the long list of complaints in Nov 2019 but there’s currently no evidence that either are still alive. Natasha hall can’t be bothered. I’m almost 3 years into paying for a service I haven’t yet received & so many more complaints

Apparently it was a fraudster who booked a holiday in the cardholders name. Part one of a list of multiple ignored complaints. Top work Worldpay

The liar who took the complaint (one of them anyway) apparently has never spoken to me about a complaint 😂

Spoke to at least half a dozen people who im expecting a call back from....NOTHING. They just ignore you and hope you go away. Disgrace

@DavidLetts63 @Worldpay_Global Same! £1620 over 2 years ago. I provided proof of the transaction. They didn’t even reply to my defence. NOT A SINGLE WORD. Just took my money and now won’t reply to my emails, phone calls, or tweets. Absolutely useless scumbags. It’s just a small part of my complaint
