From the manager's seat, those two weeks look like this: A thousand-plus names hit the portal. Three assistants, a DOBO and a video coordinator cut it to a working list in about 72 hours. No analyst. Nobody whose whole job is the spreadsheet.

So I rebuilt it around that gap. New update is live: set your program type and the board re-ranks around players who are actually gettable for you, plus filters to find guys by role and on-court stats. Made for the staffs that don't have an analytics department.
