2 hours on hold with @FlyAirNZ with no opportunity for a call back! “We’re pretty busy at the moment” 🙄. The current system is broken if people have to waste this much of their life trying to get help. How about enabling your customers to put their own flights into credit?

@minhealthnz Would have easily cleared 14,000 if you had sent doses to Whitianga… We (and others) showed up for our booked appointments only to hear there were no pediatric doses available. Pretty frustrating as the new school year rapidly approaches…

@marcoarment @RavenCloudScan We got the Brother ImageCenter ADS-2800W. It works pretty well, but takes more button presses to scan than it should... We also got sick of ScanSnaps going obsolete. We also use ChromeOS, so it was a good fit.
