@POferriesupdate @JekenLe Can I ask why even though your ferry had been delayed by an hour, after 3 hours of traffic I arrive at Calais with an hour before the ferry leaves and I am now being told that I have missed check in and have to wait until the 1am?! What a farce

@Pleasure_Beach we’ve now been told 2 completely different stories by 2 different ‘managers’ one said if we stay for a park day and rides continue to be shut we can change our ticket and another has said that as soon as we enter won’t receive that choice, atrocious communication

@Pleasure_Beach I appreciate poor weather conditions can cause rides to shut and thats something that can not be helped but to have all indoor rides shut and continue with late openings on other rides under the circumstances and still not offer a refund is laughable
