What's new? - No more wallet confirmations for every prompt - Top up your native LCAI balance with any amount you want - Withdraw your remaining balance at any time - Workers are paid automatically from your interactions without requiring transaction approval for every request - Every transaction remains fully recorded on-chain for complete transparency The system has also successfully passed the CertiK audit. chat.testnet.lightchain.ai Additional updates The native chain DAO is now live at dao.lightchain.ai, eliminating the need for wrapping and unwrapping tokens when participating in governance. All Blockaid warnings have been fully resolved. What's next? Our immediate focus is gathering feedback and testing the upgraded chat system on testnet before proceeding with mainnet deployment. In parallel, development of the Developer API is progressing rapidly. This will open the door for builders to access and integrate AI models far beyond the chat interface, with a much simpler and more efficient experience. 📢 On behalf of Quantum Counsel LLC, acting as Administrator and Ministerial Agent of the LCAI DUNA: Community update on exchange onboarding. Over the past two days, two authorized conversions were carried out in connection with the approved BitMart exchange listing. In each case, LCAI was disbursed from the treasury pursuant to governance authorization and converted pursuant to governance authorization. Yesterday's conversion — $25,000 in LCAI — funded the remaining balance of the BitMart listing fee. Today's conversion — $15,000 in LCAI — funded initial exchange liquidity. The disbursement, the conversions, the listing fee, and the liquidity allocation were each authorized by passed on-chain proposals. ✅ We have also been informed that BitMart's integration of native LCAI has been completed, representing another important milestone in the onboarding process. The market-making arrangement is in its final stages, and substantial progress has been made toward finalizing the remaining commercial terms. We will provide a further update once the arrangement has been finalized. ⚡

📢 Lightchain Development Update 🗳️ The native DAO is expected to go live next week which marks a major milestone for the ecosystem. Following the native DAO deployment, the next major milestone is account abstraction support (EIP-7702). This upgrade will enable smart account functionality, remove the need for confirmations on every inference in AI Chat 🤖, and make it easier to integrate inference directly into dApps through APIs and SDKs. 🛠️ The team is also continuing work toward making the network fully decentralized throughout the ecosystem with several ideas in mind🌐 Additional network optimizations are continuing to be researched, including the potential to reduce block times from approximately 6 seconds to 2–3 seconds, which would improve response times across the network. ⚡ The core team also plans to share several of its own ideas in the coming weeks. 🚀 Proposal Executed — DAO Treasury Migration to Mainnet Underway The proposal — "Authorize Migration of the DAO Treasury from Ethereum to Lightchain Mainnet" — has officially been executed on-chain. dao.lightchain.ai/proposal/0x6df… With this execution, 4,425,952,773.499635058009345650 LCAI has been transferred from the Ethereum-based DAO Treasury to the Lightchain AI Deployer as authorized by governance. As approved by governance, the funds are first transferred to the Lightchain AI Deployer, which serves as the operational account used to perform the bridge transaction. From there, the funds will be bridged 1:1 and delivered to the Lightchain AI Mainnet Treasury, with all transaction hashes published for public verification. Importantly, this proposal does not authorize spending, distribution, or any new treasury allocation. The funds remain the property of the DAO, the total LCAI supply remains unchanged, and all future treasury expenditures will continue to require separate DAO-approved governance proposals. 🔗 Execution Transaction: etherscan.io/tx/0x080b2450f… What this means: - ~4.426 billion LCAI has been transferred from the DAO Treasury as approved by governance - The funds are now held by the Lightchain AI Deployer pending execution of the approved 1:1 bridge transaction - Treasury governance and oversight remain fully intact - All transfer and bridge transactions will remain publicly verifiable on-chain - The bridge operates on a 1:1 basis with no change to total LCAI supply - No new spending authority or treasury powers were introduced This migration is an important milestone in the continued evolution of Lightchain AI as a native Layer 1 ecosystem. Quick status update. Following the passage of the 30M $LCAI Exchange Liquidity Provisioning proposal, I let BitMart's team know we are ready to move forward and asked Niki to send the listing agreement for review. We want eyes on that agreement before we touch any of the authorized LCAI. If the terms are off, we are not going to sell tokens against a bad contract. Niki has also flagged a separate due diligence questionnaire coming our way, which we will handle in parallel. On custody: the wallet that will hold the authorized LCAI is being set up as a multi-signature wallet, so funds cannot move without multiple sign-offs. As we go, only the amounts actually needed (listing fee, AMM seed, market-making) will be sold and routed through to the Quantum Counsel wallet for execution. The rest stays in the multi-sig. Will report back once the listing agreement and the DD request are in hand. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

As administrator of the LCAI DUNA and acting on behalf of Lightchain AI, Quantum Counsel LLC confirms that the MEXC listing application submitted on May 18 is now officially under consideration as of May 21. ✅ This confirmation marks an important step forward and helps streamline the process, particularly given the platform’s account restrictions for U.S. citizens, ultimately saving both time and operational costs. 📋 Quantum Counsel LLC has also requested MEXC’s full listing requirements so the community can better understand the evaluation standards and next steps moving forward.
