Added the export to PDF feature to the markdown reader (MDViewer for MacOS).

Previously, text editors calculated characters and words. We also need to check how painful the file is for the LLM context. We've just released an update with a token counter in Quick Look (macOS 13 or later supported).

@JBerthom @addyosmani There is a way if think in milestones: you "delegate all the things" to agent, and then when you feel you loose control and small bugs coming - then stop and ask agent two things: 1) architecture review and refactoring 2) explain everything to you as a human in a structured way

The user was quite angry. He spent 20 mins editing an .md doc in my MDviewer (a macOS app I released a week before). And then, due to messy UX, he missed unsaved changes and closed the file. I'm feeling this pain :(
