Disappointing customer experience with @CHANEL today. Recently lost my Twist/Spray bottle traveling but still have refills. Wanted to purchase a replacement dispenser but all they could offer is to buy the entire set, which would have 2 more refills. chanel.com/us/fragrance/p…

@StubHub closed my account because I bought tickets with my account, which they apparently deemed suspicious. Then @TeamStubHub reiterated the decision and declined to help me.

Is @SeatGeek a different company from @TeamStubHub ? Bought tickets through @StubHub and then they locked me out of my account and told me to give up and just open a new account with a new email address. Wondering if @SeatGeek would have been better to work with

@TeamStubHub locked out of my account, no password reset options working. I bought tickets through it this morning, now I cannot log in to the same account. The customer service agent over the phone told me my account ‘has a problem’ and to make a new account with a new email.

@BreezeAirways please help us! Our flight to RIC was just cancelled while we were sitting at the gate waiting to board. We’re willing to go through TPA but the app won’t let us change our routing. There no phone number to call.
