conclusion of this mess; so basically i beg if its not too late, don’t get into lax abuse or whatever the fuck!!! rather you pick up some exercise and burn it off because muscle burns more cals therefore ur maintenance will increase too yuh yuh mine went from 1200 to 1700 !!
