Design plans for the Kororoit Creek Regional Park were released without accounting for the impact it will have on residents. Removing residents' properties from the park would result in zero impact on residents, and minimal impact on parkland across the precinct.

Story from this week - while the government is working to provide more green spaces for the west, some residents in Melton have been paying for it, big time. A proposed park has been hanging over their heads for 20 years, devaluing their land and threatening their livelihoods.
