@AdamBLiv I do not think this makes sense. What you are referring to is the EV mNAV, currently sitting at 1.09. But this does not make sense given the capital structure. If you use Basic mNAV, that one is down to 0.68. The diluted mNAV is now 0.74 (includes the preferred stack).
