@MTN180 When I try to input the FN ID myself, it says “Invalid FN ID.” It is frustrating that a service installed since January is still not configured or activated till today. @MTNNG @MTN180 please escalate this issue and resolve it immediately. This level of service is unacceptable.

@MTN180 My FibreX has not worked since it was installed on January 2, 2026. For over two months I have been calling customer care and sending DMs as instructed. Each time I’m asked to send my FN ID, which I have done several times.

@gtbank_help Good morning, on Friday, March 3 2023, at 16: 24 PM I was debited the sum of 1,900 while the POS went off. The receiver was not credited also. It has been more than 48 working hours and nothing has been done. Kindly look into it. Thanks
