100% agree. YYYY-MM-DD is superior in all aspects and super easy to remember: YYYY = 2-digit year in current century, then 2-digit century MM = month (e.g. "February") DD = day of the week (e.g. "Th")

MM-DD-YYYY is wrong. DD-MM-YYYY is wrong. Try ordering a spreadsheet by date column with either of those formats and you’ll soon understand why YYYY-MM-DD is the only correct format. Wake up, people!

@dillon_mulroy The model is incredibly powerful but suffers from the same problem as other fine grained capabilities models: nobody has yet figured out how to make them legible and useful for people so you have to trade power for usability and often end up sacrificing a lot of the power.
