GPT 5.6 Sol helps me refine the thinking around a feature needed by a customer (this is insane all by itself), then thoughtfully designs a change that's consistent with the rest of the system's design, and finally implements the change when we're both happy with where we stand. Feels like a sr. engg often.

@Dimillian Used to. But I opened Codex on mobile too often and my phone has FaceID on anyway, so I turned it off in Codex.
When the Codex app gives a link to a line of code and I click it to open it in the side panel, the selected line is never visible when the opens. It may be just below the view port, or of late tends to be far above the view port, and I always have to look at the line number in the chat and scroll to it myself.
@thsottiaux Sometimes when a pet is visible and I Cmd+Tab to Codex, the window appears but it is not in focus (the 3 colored dots on the top left of the Windows are dark)... the pet instead is what seems to be in focus. I then click on the Codex window to bring it into focus.
@thsottiaux When Codex gives me links to a line of code within a file, when I click the link, it opens a file preview on the right but the highlighted line is often a few lines below the visible viewport. I then have to scroll to get to the highlighted line.
@thsottiaux @jxnlco Usually if there are multiple links with a line number to the same file, say when I ask Codex for a walkthrough of the changes it has made, the first link I click will go to the linked line number in the file, but none of the rest will not go to the linked line number.

@reach_vb I'd love for Codex to be able to work across two different git repositories, creating worktrees from both of them. For example when repo A uses the artifact built from repo B, and changes for a new feature cuts across both repos.
