🚨DIPUTADOS COBRAN Q66 MIL Y ROMPEN EL QUÓRUM: ¿NO QUIEREN TRABAJAR? ¡Q66 MIL AL MES Y NI SIQUIERA SE QUEDAN A TRABAJAR! Lo que ocurre en el Congreso vuelve a generar indignación entre los guatemaltecos. Después de aproximadamente mes y medio de receso legislativo, los diputados debían regresar a sus labores y demostrar que están listos para trabajar por el país. Pero el regreso no tardó en complicarse. Mientras la primera semana transcurrió con relativa normalidad, esta segunda semana ya comenzó con problemas: el quórum se vino abajo y la jornada legislativa quedó en medio de cuestionamientos. El presidente del Congreso, Luis Contreras, informó que se rompieron los consensos para la jornada del martes y que hubo una ausencia considerable de diputados. La décima Legislatura ha sido objeto de constantes críticas por su desempeño, especialmente por la falta de actividad parlamentaria y la limitada aprobación de leyes. En plena era de las redes sociales, los ciudadanos también cuestionan que algunos diputados parezcan estar más concentrados en grabar videos, protagonizar enfrentamientos e interpelaciones y generar espectáculo político que en permanecer en el hemiciclo y cumplir con sus funciones. Si un diputado recibe un salario de Q66 mil, ¿no debería existir un compromiso mucho mayor con asistir a las sesiones y cumplir con sus responsabilidades? Der erlaubte Schwefelgehalt bei Benzin stieg von 10 mg/kg (Euro-5) auf bis zu 150 mg/kg, bei Diesel auf 350 mg/kg – de facto Euro-3-Niveau, befristet bis Jahresende. Die Folgen zeigen sich jetzt in Werkstätten im ganzen Land. Laut Kommersant FM und The Moscow Times melden Autobesitzer massenhaft Leistungsverlust, ruckelnde Motoren, verstopfte Einspritzdüsen und verrußte Zündkerzen. Im Extremfall drohen Kolbenschäden durch Frühzündung. Besonders hart trifft es chinesische Fabrikate 🇨🇳, die seit dem Rückzug westlicher Hersteller den russischen Markt zunehmend dominieren. Ihre moderne Einspritztechnik ist auf schwefelarmen Sprit ausgelegt, nicht auf Werte wie in den 1990ern. Laut Moscow Times gilt für einen Teil des freigegebenen Benzins bis Juli 2027 sogar keine Grenze mehr für krebserregende Aromaten wie Benzol – erlaubt ist zudem der andernorts wegen Krebsrisiko verbotene Octan-Booster MMA. Wie bereits im Juni berichtet wurde: Ursache ist der ukrainische Angriff auf Russlands Raffineriekapazität, die zeitweise um bis zu 40 Prozent einbrach. Damals ging es um getarnten Etikettenschwindel. Jetzt hat der Kreml die Tarnung aufgegeben und die Absenkung offiziell gemacht – auf Kosten der eigenen Bevölkerung und ihrer Autos.
