Long walks with no phone. Hikes with no signal. Eventually I bought a float center because an hour in a tank with zero input is the most effective reset I've found. Doomscrolling and "just one more episode" were never going to fix what was broken.

MA small business owner here. Between 12/12–12/14 my Meta ad account was taken over, $12k+ in fraudulent ads ran, 250+ consumers were scammed, and 200k+ users were sent to a fake site. IC3 & FTC complaints filed. Still no response from Meta. @Meta @MetaNewsroom @FTC @FBI

@DHLGlobal has been holding one of our packages in customs in NY for 2 weeks now. They keep asking for the same info, we give it, they wait, then ask for the same thing again. You can't get a hold of anyone on the phone and their chat is useless.
