Shipped custom fields in ACA today. On its own? Boring. Every tool has them. But I'm not building for the person clicking buttons anymore. I'm building for the agent. The next stack isn't a human logging into 6 SaaS tabs, copy-pasting between Clay, Instantly, and a LinkedIn tool. It's one agent, one platform, one set of instructions, running the whole outbound motion. But an agent can only personalize as deep as the data you let it reach. That's what custom fields are. Not a UI feature. They're the hooks an agent grabs onto to write the message, pick the angle, pull the right variable , autonomously. Every piece I ship now passes one test: Can an agent operate this without me? Custom fields just made the answer yes for one more part of the system. The tools built for humans are about to get lapped by systems built for agents. I'm building the second one.
