ok so one of the things that sucks abt starting at such a hw is i expect myself to lose as quickly as i had been when i started like realistically im aware that as you lose more weight the slower weight loss becomes, however i internally still hold myself to unrealistic standards
protein shake and a fiber one bar for lunch will forever stay unmatched in my eyes
