Why? I’m sure you’ve got several thousand shares, why not start to diversify at this point. Those existing shares will give you legacy wealth if things play out as we all expect. Personally, I’ve got enough. I’m still buying entirely Tesla in my Roth, since appreciation will be tax-free, but for non-Roth I’m maintaining a balanced portfolio.

Because, particularly if you’re senior, they are affordable and require no maintenance by the homeowner. Speaking for myself, I’ve always demanded acreage and always owned homes with acreage and I have owned many. But I have a second home in Florida, which is much like in the picture. I can go there when I want, there’s no maintenance, the interior and the lanai and the pool are perfect and I can drive a golf cart to the grocery store, restaurants, golf, etc. I’m OK with not having anything but a cooker cookie cutter lot.

@surfranchvibes I bought 170 shares at $135. I’m very happy. Small investment, and doesn’t compare to my Tesla investment, but I’m very happy as this company, along with Tesla, will be among the most important companies in history.

@surfranchvibes SpaceX is going to do fantastic! My brokerage portfolio is still 99.5% Tesla, but I’m still watching that .5% of SpaceX I now own. When they merge, it’s going to be the most important company in the history of the world.

@elonmusk Visited Trier, Germany in April and saw this Karl Marx statue. China gifted it for his 200th birth anniversary (his birthplace). Locals had real reservations over China’s human rights but accepted it.
