@BritishGasHelp Along with details of the issue. I just want to know what gas I’m using. And as my smart meter isn’t communicating with you or my app something isn’t right. Yet I was told for 10 mins all was fine your side so nothing could be done.

@Barclaycard spend time trying to cancel my account with an automated service only to get to the end to be told no one is working? Could you not have said that at the start?!!!!
