@stellarpetal girl, you got it!! i was there before and it surprised me how ridiculously easy it is to develop a habit when you use tracker apps and built it by disciplining yourself with notifications/reminders. i still have something i want to add to my life, but at least I know i can do it

how life feels when you work 40 hours/week, try to find a remote job, overwhelmed financially, don't have enough time for your hobbies, no one irl to talk to and get some emotional support, and it starts to feel like even sleeping is a waste of time at this point
