@bonarbulger We are currently investigating an issue with our API affecting our mobile, desktop, and web customers. We're working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. We will provide another update by 9 am Pacific Time if the issue is not resolved.

@kennyempey Sorry about that! If you reload the app now, you (or the account admin) can go to your Organization Settings and toggle on the Chat option so it again appears in your account.
