Why are 90% of NFT Discords struggling to stay alive? Dead chats. Boost costs. Empty channels.  10 moderators for 20 active people. Everyone rebuilding the same infrastructure over and over again. So here’s the question: Why doesn’t Web3 have ONE massive shared Discord ecosystem… where every NFT project has its own verified channels, identity, branding and community space inside one larger network? One ecosystem. Multiple identities. Like: •Reddit → subreddits •Mall → individual stores •X → communities Instead of 10,000 half-empty servers. Would this kill communities… or actually save them? Curious what founders, holders and community managers think.

Lately I’ve been spending a lot of time on an idea of my own (pure personal) that started with a single character. It’s one of the first ideas in a long time that keeps pulling me back in every single day. I can’t fully explain it yet, but my gut feeling keeps telling me there’s something much bigger in it than just a digital project. Collectibles. Products. Entertainment. Real-world brand potential. So that’s partly why I’m posting this. I’d genuinely like to connect with people who want to think along and explore where this could realistically go over time. Investors, silent partners, (co) founders, artists, IP builders, animation/IP Studios  Sometimes the biggest things start with something very small that simply feels right.
