@CityFibre @GiganetUK They’ve contacted you for three weeks, but you’ve missed appointments each time. I’ve raised complaints and am waiting for you to confirm a time and date. Unfortunately, I can’t switch since you’re the installer for the area. Even if I join a another ISP, I’ll face the same issue

@FedExHelp @FedEx I've had 2 packages stolen over 2 days from your driver. I live in an apartment complex that has a package locker that all of the couriers deliver the packages to, including FedEx, but this driver didn't deliver them. 1/?
