@ZTGD You might not need to give me WordPress and FTP access - if you can enable WP_DEBUG on your server and reinstall the latest update, this should give you the actual error that is occurring.

@ZTGD This unfortunately doesn’t tell me where the error is coming from as you don’t have WPDebug enabled. I can’t replicate the issue on my server so if you can provide admin access I can look into this for you.

@GameBox_biz It definitely could be a theme bug but the support site is the best place to report bugs. If you no longer have an active support license you can email me at themeforest.net/user/ghostpool… with more detail on this as I am unable to replicate this issue on my installation.
