@XanderPaul shouldn't the streets in a neighborhood reflect the neighbors? Why have a 3-lane car hwy in a dense historic urban neighborhood?

@XanderPaul Actually 1-ways are anomalies; vast majority of neighborhood streets r 2-way, so wouldn't drunk people b more familiar w/ 2ways?

@XanderPaul No it doesn't work fine for residents of the near-north side. Commuters may like it, but there is an interstate .5 mile east.

@XanderPaul One-ways are more hazardous for pedestrian crossings and have increased motorist speed. Current speeds near 50mph on these roads
