Despite the challenges and times where I felt displaced and uncomfortable, I’ve learned so much! This has led me to value even greater depths of empathy for people, teams and conditions within which they operate - which in turn has led to greater levels of resilience and insight.
Over the years I’ve had to continuously flex and adapt to ever changing conditions, whether as part of learning my way through two successive acquisitions where we grew from an agency of 50 to 250, and then into a global organisation of well over 250,000! #change
