@TMobileHelp @TMobileHelp : Exactly, and customer support or the store manager is not able to resolve. It’s so ridiculous a loyal customer of 10years is been charged $10 extra since the modem was installed. Honestly customer is looted without knowing. Now I have to see last 10 years bill lol

It’s been beyond horrible experience with @TMobile WiFi. Recently T-Mobile asked me to update modem from old to new and returned old one. Since 6 months I am being charged for the modem which is returned to the store. This is pure robbery and misconduct by @TMobile @TMobileHelp

@TMobileHelp : After talking to customer support, I was made aware of new information that right from the beginning @TMobile is charging $45 instead of &35 locked in pro from T-mobile store (Manager promo) So this is getting worser that if you are on autopay, please go check

@TMobileHelp I have spoken to the store manager @TMobileHelp and you can find all the details from them. DM me more details. This is an awareness to public on how @TMobileHelp @TMobile is doing misconduct with customers. Store managers are pure BS. They never resolve @TMobileHelp

Also, I have noticed @TMobile keep increasing price without customer consent. My price fluctuated from $35-$45-$55 without consent and autopay was schedule. Now while audit my transaction we have noticed this and another example of robbery from @TMobile

@M44_1RJ Isnt it a sensible notification alert for safety? Sometimes camera may look clean but cameras would be struggling to focus coz of multiple external factors cosidering cars are out in public. Neverthless, auto clean of the lens when it’s dirty is a good solution. Thanks Jimmy!
