3 years ago today, I walked into rehab (Clouds). I was so mentally unwell and my solution (alcohol) had viciously turned on me. I was broken. It’s time to realise that addiction is a part of ‘mental health’. When my recovery is good, my head is good and vice versa. #WMHD2020
